HTML is a language/code that allows you to make a website.
2. What is a tag? Give an example.
a tag is basically a source to what you want on your website <"tag"title>
3. Explain "open" and "close" tags
Open- is when you want to start info on your site, close tags end the info on your site
4. Steps to create a HTML site (BE VERY THOROUGH!!! I should be able to create my own site from your instructions on this one!)
Open Notepad
at the top put "tag"html>
Underneath put "tag"title> Your info "tag"/title>
then put "tag" body> which stands for break "tag"/body>
--- now just copy and past html codes for what you want on your site from anywhere on the internet or other sources you might have
--- once you have done this click file, save as, and save it as homepage.html
--- now open it up in internet explorer and there you have it
5. Give 3 websites that give good examples of HTML tags to copy and paste:

6. How do YOU feel about HTML? I like html because i think it is pretty interesting because it shows how random stuff you might not even be close to understanding the computer will recognize it as something you are very familiar with. -What did you know already? I knew what it was and i knew how to find codes on the internet and copy and paste them. -What do you know now? how to set up websites and things that the normal computer user might be clueless on. -Will this help you with anything in the futre? Why/Why not? it could help me in the future with job oppertunities.
